Refund policy
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Hard To Kill purchase, if you are not you have 14 days from receipt of of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you would prefer an exchange or refund
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any socks or undergarments.
Exchanges
Currently, we only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
